We want to make sure that the return process is as easy as possible for our customers. We offer free returns on all purchases made at www.maison-moncheri.com.
The shipping costs for the first return will be at our expense. Purchased items can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order, respecting the return conditions.
Please check your order upon receipt. If you have any problems, you can contact our Customer Service.
Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of receipt of the package.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and with all labels still attached.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer.

The following items will NOT be accepted for return:
• Items that have been damaged, worn, altered, washed or allegedly used according to the judgment of our quality control department.
• Briefs, panties, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tested in direct contact with the skin.
• Embroidered items. We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to order the item in a different size or an alternative item, please return your original order and place a new one on our websites or contact our customer service team.
In the event of another return related to the same order (occurring within 15 days from the delivery date), shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
